Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Fishpond account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
